Multi-platinum, GRAMMY® Award-winning artist Michael W. Smith releases powerful new single, “Your Love Is a Flood,” today across all streaming platforms. The track is the second release from his highly anticipated upcoming studio project and follows the critical acclaim of “Arms Around The Sun.”

Co-written by Smith and Jason Walker, “Your Love is a Flood” is reminiscent of the sound of his most beloved albums while pushing boldly into the sonic landscape of today. It welcomes every generation into the journey while drawing from his deep foundation of faith and worship. This music is what has always set Michael W. Smith apart.

“This is a song I’ve been working on for a long time,” shares Smith. “It’s one that’s stayed with me—because the message is so powerful. The lyrics themselves offer a poetic invitation into that divine overflow:

Produced by Smith, Tedd T, Bryan Todd, & Walker,  “Your Love Is a Flood” builds on the rich themes introduced in “Arms Around The Sun,” which explore the overwhelming love of God and the mystery of His greatness. That song featured actor and musician Jonathan Roumie (The Chosen, Jesus Revolution) on drums, along with an acclaimed music video filmed at Vū Nashville.
